RETURNS POLICY

Sonnie endeavours to ensure our product descriptions and size guides are as detailed as possible to ensure you purchase the right fit, size or colour. If you would like further guidance to help you make your choice please contact us via email athello@sonniestore.com.

The conditions for returning items are: 

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
  • With the exception of faulty goods, postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returned goods must be in an unused, unwashed condition and with original tags/ in original packaging.
  • All goods must be returned with original invoice.
  • All sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please choose carefully.
  • Items will be returned for store credit unless otherwise specified.
  • We are unable to return or exchange items damaged through improper laundering. Please follow the care label of the garment when laundering.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked parcel service and retaining your receipt for this service until the parcel has been received and signed for by us, as Sonnie is not liable for any lost parcels. Any parcels not sent by tracked courier will take longer to process. 
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is not in stock, we can offer you a store credit.

 
RETURNS - SALE ITEMS

Sonnie does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, unless faulty, in which the below policy applies.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

Sonnie endeavours to create products of the highest quality which should arrive to you in excellent condition. If there appears to be a fault with your order or you are unhappy with the condition in which it has arrived, please contact us immediately via email at hello@sonniestore.com.

If the item is deemed to be faulty we will offer a replacement (if there is one in stock), or a refund. The item must be returned to us in order for us to view and inspect the fault and process the return. Please contact us to discuss the fault before returning the item to us.  

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. 

Please inspect all goods upon arrival to ensure any returns are made within the 14 day timeline.
